We are now seeking Operations Supervisors, Sorters, and Operations Support staff to join our talent pool for upcoming opportunities. Positions Available: Operations Supervisor You’ll contribute to strong operational excellence in our Sydney depot, support efficient route and loadout processes, and ensure safe and effective daily operations. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills will drive success in this role. Operations Support In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with drivers, internal teams, and leadership to support daily workflow, keep parcel movement on track, and help ensure smooth operations from load-in to dispatch. Ideal for someone ready to jump in wherever needed to keep things moving, with a strong focus on administration and customer service. Package Sorter Sorters play a key role in maintaining fast, accurate package flow. You’ll unload trucks, scan and label parcels, and sort freight to route in a fast-paced, supportive environment committed to on-time delivery. Schedule: Package Sorter positions require availability between 2:00 am and 6:00 am. Qualifications and Experience: Demonstrated experience in a transport or logistics role of similar scope. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong understanding of safety practices and regulatory requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to quickly understand and identify issues and implement solutions.
